Cookies & local storage

Current status: CalcDrive's beta uses necessary local storage for your calculator workspace. Google Analytics and advertising are currently turned off. No optional tracking scripts are loaded.

Essential browser storage

The calculator saves your last-used tool, favorites, history, named calculations, theme and rounding preference in your browser. These values are not uploaded to a CalcDrive account. You can clear your browser's site data to erase them, or use the export tool in Settings to back them up first.

Privacy preferences

Your privacy language and any optional analytics choice are remembered locally. If we turn on optional analytics later, you can accept or reject it with equal ease, and you can change your choice at any time. Without consent, CalcDrive will not load the optional analytics provider.

Analytics and advertising

Analytics is disabled in this beta. If enabled in a future deployment, the site will request permission before loading it, and will not send your calculation values or saved names. Advertising is disabled. Before any AdSense launch for the EEA, UK or Switzerland, we will integrate and test a Google-certified consent management platform supporting IAB TCF where required. Our custom privacy panel does not replace such a CMP.

Sharing calculations

Shared calculations store inputs in the link fragment after #. Anyone with your link can see them. The fragment is not sent in a normal request to CalcDrive's server; do not share confidential numbers.
